Customized battery power solutions at Exista

With an experienced team of designers and engineers from Germany and Asia, Exista designs and develops complete battery power solutions according to customer requirements.

From the concept phase to final serial production of your battery pack

The need for mobile power supply is growing steadily with the increasing mobility of our society.
With an experienced team of designers and engineers from Germany and Asia, Exista designs and develops complete battery power solutions according to customer requirements.
In order to ensure the quality of the battery packs, Exista uses only cells from leading manufacturers in the field of battery technology.
We accompany you from the concept phase to final serial production of your battery pack:

  • Definition of the requirement profile
  • Selecting the cells
  • Conceptual design of the battery management system
  • Construction of a plastic housing (if desired)
  • Installing the battery pack in the housing (if desired)
  • Extensive tests for each pack
  • Certifications for worldwide use (IEC62133/UL1642/UL2054 if desired)

Technologies and transporting battery packs

For the modern, currently most important lithium-ion packs, a wide spectrum of brand cells, e.g. from Samsung, Panasonic, Sony or LG Chemical, are deployed. The high power density allows a space-saving and compact design; the low mass enabling lightweight and portable devices.

In addition to standard cells that are connected to a battery pack, lithium-polymer batteries are also produced. These are manufactured according to your specifications on fully automatic production machines to fulfil your requirements. Each cell of the battery pack is, of course, tested for capacity and performance after completion.

In the field of battery power, we can offer you the following technologies:
Li-ion (LiNiCoMn, LiMn2o4, LiFePo4) and Li-Po cells

In order to transport the battery packs, a transport certificate pursuant UN38.3 is required by law. For this certificate, the product safety determined by the Safety Board for transport is tested. The certificate will be handed over after a successful test and will then allow you to transport the battery packs by air, ship and road.
