Customized LED systems

We develop complete LED systems for you so that you only need one contact. Give us your LED system requirements and we´ll take care of everything else for you. With our long-standing partners, Exista provides the right lighting, the appropriate power supply, the wiring coordinated to your situation and the most suitable package for you. Exista can also oversee the approvals of the LED system according to the latest standards.

In order for Exista to find the right LED for you, some information is required

  • Light colour (luminous temperature in Kelvin) for white LEDs (warm white 2700-3000K, cold white; 4000-5000K;
  • daylight; 5500-6000K)
  • Luminous flux in lumens is the total amount of visible light that a light source emits
  • The illuminance in lux indicates the brightness at a certain location. In contrast to the luminous flux, the lux value is therefore always dependent on the distance to the light source.

The choice of the LED power supply and the connection

The selected LED must also include the appropriate power supply to achieve the highest possible lifetime of the lamps.
Since LED's are very sensitive to electrical currents and voltages, special attention must be paid to the correct current/voltage supply. In the worst case scenario, incorrect power supplies lead to the destruction of the LED. We select the right one for you from our large LED range.

If it needs to be quickly wired and easily extended, a plug and play system is usually the right way to go. There are numerous ways to do this. If the entire LED system with its connections needs to be waterproof, Exista can also offer the suitable components.
It is also possible to assemble an LED system in which all elements are solidly connected together.
The connections are also adapted to your requirements. This gives you the LED system which corresponds to your application.

LED system advantages

The enormous energy saving due to the high efficiency is certainly the greatest advantage of an LED system as opposed to incandescent, halogen or energy-saving lamps.
The light output of LEDs is currently at an average of approx. 120 lumens/watt. In comparison, an incandescent lamp puts out approx. 12 lumens/watt and an energy-saving lamp approx. 50 lumens/watt. As a result, energy costs can be significantly reduced by using LED technology.
A further big advantage of the LEDs is the enormously long service life of up to 50,000 hours. By comparison, the life span of a standard incandescent lamp is approximately 1,000 hours, halogen lamps approx. 2 - 4,000 hours, and the energy-saving lamps approx. 10,000 hours.
Deploying Exista's total solutions in which everything is mutually coordinated can save a lot of energy and time.
